Millennium Park Venue FAQ

What will happen in case of heavy rain or thunderstorm?

As there is no thunderstorm warning in place, today’s events are scheduled to take place rain or shine. There may be a small passing shower at some point in the afternoon, so remember to dress appropriately and bring an umbrella.

Is seating provided at Millennium Park?
Everyone is guaranteed a seat at Millennium Park. There is no need to bring your own chair.
Where can I park my car?
There is NO PARKING available at Millennium Park. The closest place to park is at the corner of Huron St. and Minnesota St. (20 Minnesota St.), from which the shuttle bus departs. You can also use the Collingwood Leisure Time Club parking lot at 100 Minnesota St. and then walk over to the park.
Is there a shuttle bus that can take me to the event?
Yes! You have the option of purchasing additional transportation to the event. In case, you have purchased a “no-transport” ticket and have changed your mind, you can buy a $5 shuttle pass here. It will take you to the event and back. Otherwise, you’ll need to take the 15-minute walk to the park one-way from Huron St.
Note: The shuttle bus service is only provided for the evening event.
Where does the shuttle bus depart from?
The wheelchair-accessible buses depart every 10 minutes from the corner of Huron St. and Minnesota St. (20 Minnesota St.) from 5-7pm and bring you back after the concert.

Will food and drinks be available?

Yes! We have 3 wonderful food trucks: La Cucina from Creemore, Hans’ Beach Bites, and Lisa’s Shaved Ice. Come early and enjoy your dinner in the park!

Can cars drop-off ticket holders directly at the entrance gate to the park?
Due to the limitations of the facility, there is no possibility to drop off patrons directly at the gate. Please walk over or use the shuttle bus service to get to Millennium Park.
Can I buy tickets at the door?
Yes! Tickets are available for purchase at the door. We prefer card over cash purchases for a more seamless check-in process.
Any other recommendations?
We recommend bringing water-proof shoes, a small seat cushion or item to mark your seat and an umbrella in case of light, passing showers.
