Frequently Asked Questions
Ticketing
Are in-person, indoor tickets available for sale this year?
Furthermore, we leave doors open during indoor concerts to ensure a natural cross-breeze forms throughout the church’s sanctuary.
Visit our tickets page for more information about the variety of tickets available. Remember all youth under 16 years of age can show up free of charge!
Are tickets available for purchase at the door this summer?
By purchasing online, you will instantly receive an e-ticket with barcode that can be printed at home and brought to the event, or simply displayed on your smartphone (hey, let’s save those trees). The use of a contact-less payment solution ensures a safe checkout experience for everyone this summer, including our patrons, staff and volunteers.
Can I buy multiple tickets/passes to gift for friends and family?
Are the venues accessible by wheelchair?
Millenium Park has accessible washrooms, but keep in mind that the ground is soft (grass). There is no parking or drop-off permitted directly at the park but we are providing wheelchair-accessible buses to pick-up patrons from a nearby parking lot and bring them back after the concert. Be sure to select ticket option #1 for the inaugural event that includes transportation.
If you are an Access 2 cardholder, your support person will receive free admission to the event. Simply present your valid Access 2 card upon entry together with your support person present.
Billing
When will I receive my tax receipt?
In most cases, you will receive an official tax receipt for income tax purposes via email immediately after donating online. The fastest way to donate is by using a credit card online.
You will receive a secure link in your email that will allow you to instantly download a PDF copy of your tax receipt. You can also login to your account and access your PDF receipts at anytime, using the same purchase email.
In a few cases, there may be delays in receiving your receipt, due to the extra processing time involved with some transactions: i.e. cashing mailed-in checks.
IMPORTANT: Be sure to TRIPLE-CHECK your email when placing an order on our site, to ensure a timely delivery!
